The preferred method of payment for registration is via credit/debit card. If you are not able to pay by card and you require your registration fee to be paid by your employer, please only register once the purchase order is in place as you will need to upload the document to be able to register. 

 

The option to pay by invoice will be available until 31st August, only card payments will be accepted thereafter. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by Cheque.

Payment by Invoice:

If you are being sponsored to attend OR your employer is paying for your registration by invoice, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Select to pay by invoice.
  2. Please check that your registration fee on the Purchase Order (PO) matches the registration fee on the BAPEN website.
  3. Please upload a copy of the PO below.
  4. Please include a contact who can answer payment queries and a correct invoice address into the billing details section.
  5. Once you receive a confirmation email (please check your Junk mail), please forward a  copy with the invoice attached and ask your Finance department to send us a Remittance Advice/ Confirmation of payment. If we do not receive this we may not be able to allocate your payment and your registration will show as "outstanding".

Thank you for registering for the BAPEN Annual conference, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Depending on your individual settings, emails can occasionally arrive in your junk folder. Please check if your confirmation doesn't arrive in your inbox.  

 

If you have selected to pay by BACs, please forward your Confirmation email with the invoice attached to your finance department for payment. Please be sure to send a remittance advice to conferences@bapen.org.uk once payment has been made.
