Early Bird rates are valid until Friday 25th October, thereafter standard rates apply.

Payment by invoice will only be available until Monday 28th October. Thereafter only payment by card will be accepted. Unfortunately we are not able to accept payments by cheque.

If you are being sponsored to attend OR your employer is paying for your registration, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Check the pricing on the BHIVA website, contact your Finance department to request a Purchase Order; You will require a Purchase order number, a contact who can answer payment queries and a correct invoicing address.
  2. Once you have these please enter the billing details below.
  3. Select to pay by BACS - you will be asked to enter a PO number.
  4. Once you receive a confirmation email (please check your Junk mail), please forward a  copy with the invoice attached and ask your Finance department to send us a Remittance Advice/ Confirmation of payment. If we do not receive this we may not be able to allocate your payment and your registration will show as "outstanding".

Apply for a Scholarship

If you would like to apply for one of our scholarships, click on your preferred option below. Information on the qualifying criteria and required statements can be found on the BHIVA website.
If you don't meet the qualifying criteria please return to the previous page and select a paid registration option. Applications must be received by 11th October.
You will be informed whether you have been selected by 18th October. If unsuccessful, you will still be able to register for the Early Bird rate up until the 25th of October.

HCP Professional Registration support

Applications are welcome from healthcare professionals (HCP's) whose professional position is aligned to the conference (Includes a whole MDT team). Only BHIVA members can apply.

If you are requesting payment by BACs, please forward a copy of your Registration Confirmation with the Invoice attached to your Finance department.
