The preferred method of payment for registration is via credit/debit card. If you are not able to pay by card and you require your registration fee to be paid by your employer, please only register once the purchase order is in place as you will need to upload the document to be able to register. 

 

Payment by invoice will only be available until the 27th August 2026. After this date, payment can only be made by card. We do not accept cheques.

Payment by Invoice:

If you are being sponsored to attend OR your employer is paying for your registration by invoice, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Select to pay by invoice.
  2. Please check that your registration fee on the Purchase Order (PO) matches the registration fee on the BSACI website.
  3. Please upload  copy of the PO below.
  4. Please include a contact who can answer payment queries and a correct invoice address into the billing details section.
  5. Once you receive a confirmation email (please check your Junk mail), please forward a  copy with the invoice attached and ask your Finance department to send us a Remittance Advice/ Confirmation of payment. If we do not receive this we may not be able to allocate your payment and your registration will show as "outstanding".

Gala Dinner tickets for BSACI Trainee Members* are priced at a discounted rate. 

*To qualify for reduced rate members must be a clinical trainee in allergy or clinical immunology or a related clinical specialty or any non-clinician within five years of their last higher degree (eg PhD, MSc);  Retired members must be fully retired from substantive employment including any private clinical practice and have held continuous BSACI membership for a minimum of 5 years prior to retirement.
