Cancellation Policy Notification of cancellations must be made in writing to the Secretariat, Medivents. Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to a 10% administrative charge. Any cancellations received after the 1st May 2026 will be subject to 100% cancellation fee. Name changes will still be possible after this date.
