Scholarships

Select 'Scholarship' to apply for a scholarship to attend. Scholarship applications will be accepted until Friday 20th February 2026.

Acceptance emails will be sent out the week of 2nd March 2026 and those who have not been selected will be given the opportunity to register at the Earlybird rate until the 23rd of March.

Registrations

Select 'Full conference' for a 3-day registration. Select 'Daily registration' for a 1-day or 2-day conference registration.

The preferred method of payment for registration is via credit/debit card. If you are not able to pay by card and you require your registration fee to be paid by your employer, please only register once the purchase order is in place as you will need to upload the document to be able to register. 

The option to pay by invoice will be available until Monday 23rd of March, only card payments will be accepted thereafter. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by Cheque. 

Payment by card:

If you are paying by card, please ensure you enter the address that the card is registered to, in the fields below.

Payment by Invoice:

If you are being sponsored to attend OR your employer is paying for your registration by invoice, please follow the below instructions:

1. Please check that your registration fee on the Purchase Order (PO) matches the registration fee on the BHIVA website.
2. Please upload  copy of the PO below.
3. Please include a contact who can answer payment queries and a correct invoice address into the billing details section.
4. Once you receive a confirmation email (please check your Junk mail), please forward a  copy with the invoice attached and ask your Finance department to send us a Remittance Advice/ Confirmation of payment. If we do not receive this we may not be able to allocate your payment and your registration will show as "outstanding".

Select here to apply for a 'Community bursary' to attend the conference. Full application criteria can be accessed here, but if you are ready to apply, please provide a statement showing that you have a viable plan to share what was learned at the conference, particularly with other treatment and research educators.

Only open to current BHIVA or BASHH Members. Full application criteria can be accessed here however if you are ready to apply, you can enter your statement and membership number here.
