NHIVNA Annual Conference Registration 2026

Early bird rates are available until the 11th of May, after this date, Standard rates apply.

The preferred method of payment for registration is via credit/debit card. If you are not able to pay by card and you require your registration fee to be paid by your employer, please only register once the purchase order is in place as you will need to upload the document to be able to register. 

 

The option to pay by invoice will be available until 11th May, only card payments will be accepted thereafter. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by Cheque.

Registration

Scholarships

Select 'Scholarship' to apply for a scholarship to attend. Scholarship applications will be accepted until 30th March.

Notification emails will be sent out the week commencing the 13th of April and those who have not been selected will be given the opportunity to register at the Earlybird rate until the deadline. 

Registrations

Select 'Full conference' for a 2.5-day registration. Select 'Daily registration' for a 1-day or 2-day conference registration.

If you are paying by card, please ensure you enter the address that the card is registered to, in the fields below.

 

Payment by Invoice:

If you are being sponsored to attend OR your employer is paying for your registration by invoice, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Please check that your registration fee on the Purchase Order (PO) matches the registration fee on the NHIVNA website.
  2. Please upload  copy of the PO below.
  3. Please include a contact who can answer payment queries and a correct invoice address into the billing details section.
  4. Once you receive a confirmation email (please check your Junk mail), please forward a  copy with the invoice attached and ask your Finance department to send us a Remittance Advice/ Confirmation of payment. If we do not receive this we may not be able to allocate your payment and your registration will show as "outstanding".

NHIVNA complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information provided on this form will be processed and held on a secure database with restricted access for the purposes of billing and accounts. Please indicate below if you are happy for NHIVNA to contact you as follows:

Scholarship registration

First time attendee applicants must not have previously attended a NHIVNA conference and must provide a statement with their application outlining how they will benefit from attending and how they will diiseminate the information learned to their teams. (Once you click on this option below, a text box will appear where you can enter your statement).

 

Healthcare Professional Registration Support Applicants (supported by Gilead Sciences) must be current NHIVNA members and must provide a statement with their application, outlining how they will benefit from attending and how they will disseminate the information learned to their teams.
